With the NFL lockout continuing, Rams players are fending for themselves but also getting together for workouts to prepare as best they can for a season everyone hopes will be played.
Had there not been a workout, the offseason conditioning program would have begun March 14.
Guard Adam Goldberg has organized the offensive linemen to work out twice a week together at Emerge Fitness with the personal trainer he normally uses.
Said Goldberg, "That way we get some camaraderie and cohesiveness that everybody who knows anything about football knows is important for our group. So we train together twice a week, and then most of us train there at other times during the day on a one-on-one basis."
Other Rams players also work out there.
